END-EMITTING FIBRE CABLES
Multi-Core End-Emitting Insulated Fibre Cable
Multi-core end-emitting fibre cable is insulated in a black UV-protected sheath. The fibre cores are made of PMMA (PolyMethylMethAcrylate) and transmit cold light from the illuminator with no electricity or heat in the fibre cable.
End-emitting fibres emit light only from their ends and are primarily used in low-level and ambient lighting. The larger the fibre core diameter, the more light transmission occurs, resulting in greater light intensity. End-emitting fibre cables are found in outdoor and indoor pathways, landscapes, pools, and spas.
KEY FEATURES
No Electricity in Fibre
Light is transmitted from the illuminator — the fibre carries no electrical current, making it safe for pools, spas, and wet environments.
Multi-Core Construction
Multiple fibre strands bundled in a single cable for higher light output and broader coverage from a single run.
UV-Protected Sheath
Black insulated sheath protects the fibre cores from UV degradation, suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
Custom Finishing Options
Ends can be clean-cut or fitted with lens fittings to adjust beam angles and light diffusion effects.
